RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Not satisfied with your order?
We’d love to hear how we can do better.
You may return any unused items within 60 days of the date of delivery. If the item is defective simply send us a photo. Our support team will review the image, and in most cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring a physical return.
We’ll make sur your refund is processed within 5 business days after we’ve received your return or once our support team has confirmed your case.
Returns by Mail
You have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to exchange your product for a different size or color, or to request a refund. You need to contact us and we'll give you details of to which warehouse you should send it.

Please contact us by email before sending anything back.
Because we work with multiple fulfillment centers, we’ll need to confirm which warehouse your order was shipped from to provide you with the correct return address.

You are responsible for return shipping, so we strongly recommend requesting a tracking number from DHL or your chosen courier.

Once shipped, email us at support@innovanature.com to let us know if you’d like a refund or an exchange for a different size or color.
Where to Send Returns
Take your return to your nearest postal office or package drop-off point.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
Please note: While our headquarters is in London, your return may need to be sent to our supplier overseas, as we work with international logistics partners.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@innovanature.com.
If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to return the item once it arrives.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
We always recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Items purchased as part of a promotion, sale, or bundle are not eligible for return.

Personalized items, including underwear or cosmetics, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Due to their nature, liquid gels cannot be returned.
